In Tucson, Az on June 26, 2012 at sometime between 8am to 10am some sick person reached over our 4 foot fence, grabbed Gypsy (beautiful, friendly, loving 4 year old Boxer mix). Who has never hurt anyone in her life, The person grabbed her by her harness and cut her from shoulder to shoulder with a box cutter called our city council to see about getting help on raising our fences level but that's been no help we're hoping that someone out there can help us were both are on disability please let us know if there is a program out ther that can help with raising our fence so we can feel safe leaving our out in the yard

That makes me so mad, why would people do that what did they do to you who ever did that you are SICK. you should go to jail and be sentence for life! i may only be 12 but i care and love animals. that is just terrible and awful that makes me sick. and why wont the government help you guys get a taller stronger fence. thats just wrong..............hope the dog gets well soon !
